Testnet: what it means for your money
kre8 runs on the Gully Chain testnet (chain ID 485590). A testnet is a full working copy of the chain where the
money is for practice.
- Test money has no value. ETH from the faucet, coins and USDC.e on the testnet cannot be cashed out.
- Creator earnings are testnet too. Tips, memberships, pay-per-view, rentals and Gully Pass have no cash value until mainnet.
- Becoming a creator is free, with no plans, no fee and no approval, on testnet and on mainnet.
- Mainnet comes later, on a new chain with its own chain ID. The app moves from testnet.kre8.fun to app.kre8.fun; until then app.kre8.fun simply sends you to the testnet app.

Heads up
Never send real money from an exchange to a testnet address, and ignore anyone selling "testnet coins" or a kre8 presale. There is none. How and when things move is announced on Community & support and in the Gully Chain Telegram channel, nowhere else.
